Designed to help you achieve your fitness goals as you workout, the Duo 1060's advanced sensing technologies combined with the pedometer allow you to calculate the results of your workout without relying on treadmills, straps, or guesswork. With Finger-Touch or Chest Strap acquisition, the Duo 1060 allows you to program multiple targeted zone workouts with audible out-of-zone alarms, track your heart rate as you exert, and monitor calories burned.
